@Alejandro Valdes even if the terms of the seller financing are favorable to you, this seems like a lot of debt to put on your balance sheet based on the rent-to-value ratio.  

I also still think that people are trending towards liking walkable communities which favors urban environments still.

One favor to the Seller is that he earns regular payments but only pays income tax on the interest portion of the loan.
