All you hear is that inventory has dried up.  

I suppose that wouldn't be a problem with the air being so dry.

My patience has run dry and it’s time to protect my peace.

Loss was due to a water leak, and drying and repair had to be done right away.

I not only cringed, but dry heaved again and again, and only got through it by imagining myself walking into the prothonotary office and filing a lean against the tenant for money owned. 

Once they dry, they are useless.

Or use it on one larger MF.There are some opportunities in Eastern Idaho, although it has been drying up lately.

That has slowed down the HVAC and dry wall guy.

My next focus in California, although this market is drying up.This definitely is NOT following 1%-2% rules but it is in my home town with no management or travel needed.
