Maybe just go to Home Depot or Lowes buy house brand set of tools for little money .Each job / house  you keep buying more tools over the years you have a massed a huge collection .

I got two strong young guys at Home Depot on a Saturday morning and they dug them up; lines were about two feet deep where they came out under the foundation, and about shoulder deep at the sidewalk (city property line).

I also saw that home depot has a bungalow style 1000 sq ft steel home kit and it specifically mentions ADUs.

I basically scanned the entirety of the units and pumped every seam and hole with some diatomaceous earth (you can get the food grade stuff if you're worried about "chemicals" since this stuff is available at Home Depot or Lowes for about $8 a bag with a small amount of borax mixed in). 

Inadaquate fees cause pools to be turned into flower gardens, security gates to be shut down and other amenities cut due to lack of fees to pay for them.

You can figure out the material on your own by going to Home depot.

This includes swinging by home Depot for the day laborors. 

If you're in an area where there's large stores (Home Depot, Lowes type stores) that you can walk through and just see different materials it will help you to learn what different stuff is.
