ie when you see something old, HVAC, ask when it was installed and follow with what are your heat/cooling bills... then may add so a more efficient unit may lower that? 

I'm purchasing a new rental property and the Seller has agreed to do an installment sale (seller financing).

I like that I can install them myself- and just replace individual squares when they get damaged. 

Is anyone doing Solar installs as part of their projects?
