But there's a lot of reasons people rent: bad credit, not enough savings, fear of commitment, fear of owning a home, unstable job, relationship instability...etc.There will always be people who need to rent.

best advice is become committed,  we all start out interested.

I know bigger brokerages have a lot of resources/programs for new agents but feel like they'd rather take on someone with more time/commitment to bring in a higher volume of sales.

I just wish the tables could be turned and these tenants that are commiting all kinds of crimes beyond just overstaying would finally be facing charges like fraud, extortion, terroristic threats, assault, etc...you know, the kinds of things that landlords get threatened with when they want to throw the book at one, but somehow tenants seem to be immune from.

Also, that hard money lender will be ordering a title commitment which will show the title co. that you're using financing.
