Sam & Heather Jones Depends on the asset manager but you will probably get a "counter" (Which is not a counter in the sense that we consider a counter but just the minimum that HUD will accept at this time) later in the day

From what I gathered from the title company (first american) they collected lender's title insurance fees on the HUD and feel they have some sort of liability if they get a release for the mortgages that never were recorded.

At the moment this is hypothetical, but I'm meeting with a real estate agent on Saturday and these are roughly the actual numbers I may be looking at and if I can figure out how this works, and get my wife on board to take the huge plunge into immediate re-investment, I would really love to avoid having Uncle Sam take a huge chunk of money.
