I also have read in various places that the crazy NY publishing requirements for LLC formation can be ignored or postponed to speed up LLC transfer, and then applied retroactively by publishing at any time in the future if necessary.

I came across an earlier post on here that was published sometime last year that said zillow is good for wholesaling under the “for sale by owner/pre-foreclosure”. to what level of truth does this hold ?
