Get the hang of things then look into partnering with others when you've become the one with all of the skills.

@Michael Ealy- id say for me it’s Lack of capital at this time I have the skills I have the dealsI know how to find the deals I know the area I own high ROI rentals that were bought cheap

You have all the skills necessary to do that, and if you're on here, you either have or will soon have the knowledge. 

I don't think they are for everyone--I think if someone has the interest, time and skills to do it on their own, they should.

What skills are easy to transfer?

I would recommend finding a niche and hone in your skills there.
