And with the decade or so trend of lake view being the Affordable choice of the north side more people than ever are looking there.

Maybe color choices makes a difference too.

@Brian Gibbons, in your opinion, since he's the owner and not the assignor (ie: investor like me), is the lease option still a bad choice (as long as he still complies with the NC lease option laws?)

I started in the guide section reading the ultimate beginner guide, because I really have no clue on where to get started.

With that being said 203k is a great option to fix, repair, as well as alter the home with ultimate goal of increasing the homes overall value.

So I ask the BP community to help us out in this dilemma.If you could go back in time what would you have done differently with the choices you made after graduating from high school and if you went to college what would you of majored in or what classes would you have taken that would of benefited you now as a real estate investor?
