@Sole Angel  Generally speaking the two year work history is only required when buying an owner occupied property.

However, nobody is exiting in the last two years, and lots of deals are underperforming, likely to lose invested capital, or are even underwater. 

It’s a large two story, we are currently replacing the roof.

So I just have real estate tax, landlord insurance ($200 a year) and HOA dues as expenses on those two (plus the occasional repair).
