They are to be opened and logged in at the reciepants home tomorrow after 5PM.After the bids are logged in, the other board members want one of the "loggers" also a board member, to take those bids (out of the recipeant's hands, because we do not trust that we willbe given all the information) copy all of the documents for all the board members the next morning and deliver them to each of us.

It takes alot of intuition psychology and verry hard work to sucseed in this business you have to love chalenges its kind of like paying off a 30 year mtg but the more you learn the easyer it becomes theres alot to know from begining to end most important is working for someone that you can trust if its your own business then you should do fine but you cant do it all by your self originate process underwrite track the loans etc etc etc.......

If I pretend that none of that will ever occur, I can claim an extremely low expense ratio today, but it won't reflect reality over time.On the other extreme, the big apartment building (the pink elephant) that I purchased in January has one apartment that has been vacant for a couple of years.

They are extremely efficient to run and you don't have the emergency heat issue below +20F like you do with an air to air.There is nothing wrong with flex duct systems as long as they are installed right.

There are just WAY too many unanswered questions.I have personally worked deals (short sale and loan modification with countrywide) and they have been extremely helpful and logical (i've heard many bad things about CW as well , but have not experienced them myself).
