I thought about slowly transitioning into MFH but I might wait until my net cashflow has exceeded 10K/month and if I can at least come out once/twice a year to the US to follow up.

Maybe that will change, but I think the transition will be bumpy.My other thought is that ADU's are not cheap, and cities are taking their pound of flesh and then some.

Listing 3-4 weeks out is a good time frame so that people can go tour and take the necessary steps for the transition, without these sites flushing out your listing.
