Perhaps a nice 1950's built bungalow.Always hire a 3rd party property inspector to give you an unbiased feel for the home.

Or maybe it's because of the age of the property which is built in the 1920s, but many homes in my market are built during that era so I can't imagine the whole city paying these astronomical policy fees.

@Jose PenaI lived next to a house in town that had no off street parking and was alley access only  but it fronted the major street and the couple didn't seem to mind alley access.
