Do you go through their educational videos, or any specific surveys / tables you find that it is helpful.Sorry --- try to do some shortcut on that massive website. 

Its these kind of survey's that the investors or promoters hang there hat on and its not reality in the real world Kind of like Zillow is for values  :)

Right now I am generating buyer leads for as low as $4 and am able to close 40% of those because they are super qualified through a short survey I run.

Often this is with 2/3 of the entire membership voting in favor, in person or by proxy.

I have attached a copy of the land survey (meets and bounds) that I have marked up to give an idea of what I am wanting to do.

I'm complementing buying one of the BiggerPockets real estate boot camps but am unsure if its a worthy investment of around 345 dollars (225 course +3 months of pro membership to get discounted course) or spend 515 to get a year of free pro membership included.

It is very user friendly for the tenant though and the membership discount is very attractive to the property manager. 

I descovered Bigger Pockets podcast in Novermber of 2020 and it took me 2 years to finaly sign up for Pro Membership, partly because I was getting some more deals under my belt.In 2023 I completed the BOLD course at my market center and got a firm bilief that this year I will Cap the sales in my market center, plus I will attent BP Con, Family Reunion and jump with duo with the parashute.
