Does my credit affect the refinance in anyway or does it strictly have to do with how much I appraise for?

I have a rule I’ve followed pretty strictly the last 3 years: I don’t buy from blasts.

They charge about 12%. 3pts and no payments until the property sells but they are VERY strict on the deals the accept.

The reason I was looking there:I am strictly looking for cash flow play and if appreciation is there that is bonus. 

Property classification is quite subjective, so maybe my definition of A is too strict.

As far as competition goes, I've seen more groups coming in that are willing to make less per deal and drive profits strictly from the quantity side.

This is keeping strictly to the law.Most lenders understand the difference between, income vs. tax losses. showing rental 'losses' should not be a reason to disqualify you for a loan.

Set up strict leases to help alleviate this.

Furnish them with 12 months of air filters, have them change filters monthly, and have your AC on a 6 month service routine.
