This particular house will sleep a lot (It would be super costly to find a similar size place downtown savannah) and it will have some fun memorable features such a slide inside the house, an in ground pool outside, and a golfcart for crusing the community.

Day before yesterday, a maintainence guy of mine was doing work and saw that she left her sliding glass door open ( in the closed back yard) and called me about it.

We pay a sliding scale based on rent amouts to anyone bringing a tenant.

@Brian Garlington I've been actively working on this deal for months so I don't foresee wanting to back out pending all goes smooth with financing-however I will definitely connect and when I get my feet wet with the voucher program we should talk.

You need to know everything there is to know about who you want to speak to.See you want motivated home sellers, but you have people that are going to be interested in your service for different reasons.Off the top of my head, a lot of motivated sellers are looking at retirement so they want to sell their house and move to let's say Florida or downsize in general.Your hook can be something like “let XYZ company help you through a smooth retirement”A lot of you guys already know who your ideal prospect is and if you don’t, just break down every situation somebody can be in to want to sell their house fast.Once you have those prospect avatars, start writing down a swipe file full of hooks that address each and every avatar you haveQuick tip: Take a look at other companies testimonials as well as yours.
