Once we explain it to the clerk that we are looking for the code violations such as long grass, broken windows, abandoned cars in the driveway, etc they have all known right away what we wanted and which dept. to get the list from for us.Hope this helps!

I drove by and noticed that all the windows had been smashed (to get the aluminum frames), the cornice was stolen, and apparently all the plumbing was gone as well.

We're only doing cosmetic work, but that includes replacing the windows which requires a permit according to our GC.This document must be signed by someone who is either a City,Town, or County Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer, or a 203k Consultant.

I imagine the bottom of the walls to be at shoulder height and I get into it where the dog opening was cut out.  2) If the houses are tall enough in the middle for a bicycle, take out the entrance walls and slide the dog houses so the missing walls are in the middle.

Factors like single-pane windows and high ceilings etc will change that equation somewhat.So, if your apartments are 1200sqf, you'd be looking at a 2-2.5 ton system for each unit.
