The house is in great condition, and the tenant has been there over a year and pays on time and is well-organized, neat.

Always been good with my hands a good skill set but just can't quite figure out how to may money in the market place.

I have reached out to a few contractors to just do a 15 minute walk through with me in exchange for a $100 bill, but haven't been able to organize one yet.

The resurgence of cities as an economic center at the beginning of the century has made them a beacon for highly skilled jobs with better pay and benefits than those found in the suburbs.

Fortunately, I do have some cool excel skills and products that I believe can benefit any REI.Currently, working on my TX real estate license and completing the course.  

What homework have you done, and what skills and abilities do you think you have to offer that will make your endeavor successful, and thus worth someone lending you money?
