Then you pay balance on the sale amount usually within a week for free, within 30 days with 10% interest - and wait till the deed is ready You can during that time to ask your title company to do the search and extend the title insurance but it's not for mechanic liens or taxes - you'll pay all that.That's why it's important to research the property through before you say "bid".

I reached out to the lawyer representing the plaintiff (the house has not foreclosed yet, the estate still owns it but it is scheduled for auction in 2 weeks)The lawyer of coarse could not disclose a payoff amount to me so I called the executor and told him what to ask the lawyers.

While Hawaii didn't work out, i've since lost 90lbs, converted to Catholicism, found somewhat enjoyable full time employment that lets me put in a generous amount of overtime (Last week I worked 65 hours and on average 55+ hours a week, I haven't had a day off in months), started to tackle overwhelming student loan debt, volunteer, well...you get the idea.
