If I just keep the property in the LLC since the other member is dead does the LLC now become a single member LLC? 

I provide it with every single lease whether they're moving in tomorrow or next month.

. $500 a month cashflow from a single family home is really solid but it isn't going to drastically change your life. 

I think it's important that new investors who have been listening to podcasts from years ago reset their expectations as to what is possible.House hacking remains the single best way for a new investor to get started.

Hi - If this were my property, which is already set up with the ring stuff, I would give the LTR tenant the account while they are renting.

I would take the opportunity to account for the cleaning and re adjust your offer to what you are willing to pay for it.

We would like it to use the equity to purchase the business but not sure how or where or who to use to make this a smooth, easy, single transaction.
