I don't own my own home, so even the home buying process is new to me.

The examples were very real world and they even provide a lot of excel and word tools for different aspects of the process that I will now use moving forward.They have more that covered specific parts such as project management, development, property management, etc.

The process for the first property was super smooth, which is why we chose to work with them again.

What's the process to renting your sfr out to mental health group homes....would you have to go through the state?

In my market currently the list price is pretty close to what they’re going to sell for.

This form of selling becomes attractive to them.  2.)

I figured build the house, rent to section 8, pull out 75% and repeat the process.

The whole process is simpler and just makes more sense. 

The best decision we ever made was to sell and 1031 into several properties in Florida.
