I was told that the Northwest area and the Southwest area were the highest in terms of rentability and desire for people to live at due to convenience to schools, stores, and nicer living.

The only common scenario where we’d recommend buying a condo as an investment is if it’s going to improve your life in some way (you plan on retiring there in the future, a kid will be moving in the area in a few years for school, etc.).

I had 6 in Madison and they were stellar you get the crem d la crem of renter in Madison.. its the best school district so you can really pick and choose tenants have been so good there i did not need management..
