Absolutely any changes to this (like backordered product) need communicated to you immediately (as in them calling you from the big box store they are trying to place the order in or builder's supply house etc) - In that call you make a quick shift to similar product/price that's ready to rock and roll with now (I would never suggest a product delay as a viable reason to cost more in holding costs).

A class and D class are usually more obvious but the line between B and C can be blurry.

Temperature inside 86.2-5 out of 12 drawers  in the kitchen were nailed shut.( boxes were gone)3-Wash machine didn't run any cold water , ever.( needed new value)4- no screens on any windows. ( house built in 2006)5- kitchen cabinets (used) installed in both bathrooms. ( guess vanities cost to much)6- both toilets rock because they replaced tile with fake wood and the flange was 3/4 inch high.( cost a pretty penny to get a plumber to cut down and re seal up for a holding flange)7- No pee traps in either bathroom drain

The Association Bylaws and Declarations will give you info on the parts of the condo you own (could be the sheet rocking, cabinets, fixtures, etc. ) and what is the Associations.

If your home does not have those, which are something like $7.00 each, yeah I would much rather do the sheet-rock repair for adding those vs some goofy electronic system at the heating plant that adjusts flow, makes toast and sings a lullaby and does all of these things very poorly.

The Austin-Round Rock MSA saw a change in median home price from $476,000 to $499,995 for a month to month increase of $23,995 and a 27% increase from the previous year.The following infographic and data is courtesy of the Austin Board of Realtors:Housing inventory remained at critical levels, 0.4 months for the entire MSA which is an increase from the preceding year which was 0.5 months.
