I spend and have spent quite a lot of time in the US and think that we may want to spend part of our retirement in the USA (and Turkey - hence purchasing there) I have also owned a property in India (interesting experience) bought half on the black market - lost it in a divorce.

but he did not. so, he had to do it again at no cost. he is a retired guy that i like, so i was ok with that. and i dont have tenants yet, so i was fine with it.but yes, i am glad i pay no re-inspection fees. i would not be happy if that's the case. i passed it though.
