A $50k kitchen remodel and a kitchen untouched since the 1970s are both just "kitchens" to the computer.

I am starting my own carpentry business, and my dream is to build and remodel houses and build the furniture that goes in them.

Once we evicted them, my sister put more money into a new kitchen, remodelling the bathrooms and installing new flooring (and obviously we increased the rent for the new tenants).  

It was mostly remodeled when we purchased it as our first home but we fixed up the landscaping and the kitchen.

I can do 90% of remodeling/repairs/plumbing/electrical work myself unless I’m away on business.
