Finally, I have no idea who your property manager is - but if they placed a good tenant who pays regularly, and you've had minimal repair calls, why would you get rid of them? 

@Atchut Neelam- thanks for the  good  question - most " mainstream "  or  " regular  "   lenders  will not  lend to a LLC  entity .....you will find  options  with the  non QR  and  hard  money  lenders 

We have this issue regularly since all our cabins are in the mountains. 

A handyman/DIY landlord's natural entry point into the business is low C-class property that we turn into solidly respectable C-class. 

Not sure the nature of this, but do you really want this person to remain as a tenant? 

My regular person is currently out of town. 

I have factored in a regular eviction and I am 100% ok with that.
