I'm getting acquainted with the risks of any investment and am wondering about the refinancing risk of BRRRR.The whole idea is to get a good refinance to pull your money out of the first property and move to the next.

You could certainly put all your names on the mortgage but you won’t be able to remove the other parties until the loan is paid off or refinanced.

We're BRRRRing all of these properties and I'm okay with leaving a few G's in each one but I'd like to hear what you guys have encountered when you've refinanced your properties.I anticipate potentially having to push back on some appraisals considering the properties we're buying.
