I have not seen that often.There are several, programs independent of FEMA that are providing Flood coverage. 

Not so with the buyers.So, I would suggest you get with the program and do more deals by servicing your clientele the way THEY want to be serviced. 

@Drew Eldridge currently finishing up my physician assistant program and plan to start working in ER/UC later this year.

Technically, under this scenario, the vent does not appear to constitute a "structural" change, it may also not constitute a change to the exterior (it depends on what the HOA guidelines say), most of the time an exterior change has to do with adding/deleting doors, windows, and changing the  facade and color.

I ran BP rental program from the tools section.

It’s a great location and buyers in the Newberry/Alachua area like to get an FHA or take advantage of the USDA program.

But, I don't know what program your LO is working with, so hard to say what is going on there?
