In my case I was happy to negotiate to extend the inspection period, ask for a concession from the seller given the circumstances, handle the inspection objection paperwork and negotiations, advise my client based on the info he was able to uncover etc. but I was glad he did the heavy lifting on the due diligence side mostly because it isn’t a situation anyone has a playbook for.
