These are usually “floating” sales persons, who one year are selling oil and gas programs, the next year time share resorts, and the third year used cars.  

That being at a company such as, the major players, Coldwell, KW, and Century 21; that they will provide the support I need to become successful.

Hi, I'm looking for advice on vacation rental properties in Kissimmee, Fl, specifically at Regal Oaks resort/condos.

They have already been rejected by the larger property management companies locally so they don't want to waste their time knowing they will be rejected but are hoping a smaller player may be more flexible. 

Now if I live in a resort type community...built around some destination or attraction, then it comes with the territory.

The homeowners in W.H. are very active in promoting their resort and helping everyone be successful.

In my market the big players have a lease signed for the next school year 9 months in advance.

But I have one that does - albeit you get far less modern technical expertise than you would with a big player. 

Like those before me, I don't want any PBs because we aren't set up to be a training ground like some of the big players are.

If you are targeting 100-300 units, you are competing with high level players who can afford those small margins until the refi/ sale to see returns.
