I don't think it has anything to do with the size of the company but the smaller guy it is just his personality. 

Back in the day the auctions were in person, not necessarily online.

Banks fight over giving loans to people with good credit.

Once you have those personal experiences from managing your own property, you will be able to identify and vet these property management companies when they're trying to make excuses of whatever the reason is as it stops you from achieving your objective. 

You will want to view the property in person before conditions are removed. 

Again your personal strengths and desires will play a huge role.

A person came by and was interested in renting it out and was willing to put some work in it.

So I have 2 questions.1) Can a bank initiate an acceleration clause because they find out your primary residence or investment property is in a LLC?

I think it depends on the uniqueness of the house and neighborhood....if there isn't comps to support it...you are solely banking on someone buying ONLY because of FLW.I would surely get some second opinions no matter what@Peter Martinson
