It has a true unlimited package, but it is a WiFi system so things can get a little spotty.

Don't have too much for you on the portfolio loan side of things through an institution though I just bought three houses with seller financing package.

I have had people who charge ungodly rates, unprofessional or inability to complete tasks but I haven't yet been able to find a total package that is affordable, professional and competent.

As others mentioned, if you are looking for a package it'll likely cost you $50,000 and not be very effective.

Also, there are cases where the expenses will be higher, particularly in a park that has a large amenity package (like pools, clubhouses, sport courts, game rooms, etc), or a high degree of expense related to landscaping and maintenance.
