The nature of the industry I worked in before I retired (tech) is a boom and bust industry.

They are beautiful. 

These two properties are beautiful and well kept with little to no need for upgrading.

As far as hardwood, I would use anything from Minwax (Home Depot carries it) Natural, to Golden Oak, to Early American, or mix some together to create what you want.

It looks beautiful ... the surroundings aren't great though.

You can bring your own alcohol and kick back and watch some sports with the guys and not worry about stinking up your own house.As of late, I've been enjoying a cigar called Natural by Drew Estates.

Air takes the path of least resistance, which means the shortest ducts (closest to the air handler) will naturally get more flow than the ducts further away, as Mitch stated.

So, it is a natural conclusion that they should find the most expedient way to get these assets off of their hands in the most effective way possible.Does anyone have a link to more information on what, exactly, is being proposed?
