I do have a software program that we use for the managing of the units that tracks all of our rent rolls, vacancies, income, etc. so that’s all accounted for. 

It is partially for marketing and partially so that I can set up proper systems to track the information that investors want to know.Thanks!

The FHA 203K would be your best option here over the HomeStyle because with a multi-family property conventional loans require more money down than FHA.

My issue is that I don't know if I need to start with a strategy like wholesaling to build capital that will eventually allow me to invest in rental/multi family or if there a different way to go about this?

I know you can do this with multi families but not sure if I can still rent out rooms in a single family with a FHA loan?

I'm looking for a software where I can track data inputs like who was late, how often they were late, repair costs by building and overall YOY/MOM, etc...It would be amazing if I could create my own dashboards.

Before I start buying these multi family properties, I would like to find a great property manager to help access and manage these units.
