Question: I had a tenant move in May 1st, she paid May's rent and sec dep.. she asked to pay rent every 2 weeks, so I said she can just pay half the rent every 2 weeks.. now it is May 15th, should she pay half of Junes rent now, and the rest on June 1st... or not pay until June 1st?
