Disney area is not really a cash-flow market right now unless you invest a good amount of money into theming AND you knock it out of the park with that spend.They've been building these large themed houses by the literal thousands the last few years and there are a lot of them.

) any ways , she gladly paid the app fee, filled it out on the site, had paystubs ( she is in the service industry) makes enough money no problem.

What I see is there are many people from abroad who just want to park money here vs their home country due to inflation or some other reason who are willing to take minimal returns in exchange for principal safety. 

If you did, they are dropping the ball.Is your cash, cash, or hard money?

Or is it better to wait out the seasoning period with your loan balance (I used a HELOC so no hard money lenders or balloon payments) and just refi out in 6 months?

Everyone doubles their money and the house is yours.You have to do the math on contributions and payouts.

Kinda almost if once the money was there from the sale , then the vultures come .  

If you were to put aside the money that would go to extra payments, what interest rates would you get on that (ie would it make more money sitting in a high yield savings account instead of paying down a low interest rate mortgage)? 

I would like to start investing soon, but my full time is brokering for Hard/Private money loans.
