Other folks like the idea of paying a flat fee in dues to the HOA because they know they don't have to worry about cutting a lawn, maintaining a pool or fitness center, repairing or painting the exterior and so on.I bought my first property at the age of 20, and bought a townhouse specifically because I wanted an HOA.

My day job includes financial oversight of school facilities remodeling so I know enough to not "pull it" but rather "cover it" (may choose a wood laminate) but I have a few questions I am having trouble getting answered;1) In schools we are required to create and maintain an Asbestos plan with includes the identification, containment and abatement processes for all of our buildings.
