worse thing you can do is exactly this  HELP i got a LEAD and don't know what to do .I think people that do this are getting the cart before the horse.much like learning to fly  its easy to take off but yoiu need practice to land.

Hi Evereyone,I am looking to hire a full time Virtual Assistant (VA) to take inbound phone calls, gather information and generate leads.I have done some research, and I have found a variety of different companies locations and options to choose from.For example some tell me Polish VA's are the best while a good friend of mine swears by VAs out of the Philippines. 

I did the "purchase partial list", and the "only ______ leads" option.

Bandit signs get junk leads and usually are not ordinance friendly with the towns.

@Michael Ndjondo makadi I think I agree with @Dan Heuschele logic here, if you want to generate more capital to invest in higher value assets. 

There is a shared front door that leads inside to a shared hallway with 1 unit on ground floor and 1 unit up a flight of stairs.

Higher interest may mean fewer people in the market which leads to less competition! 

This is an older couple and they don’t really want to do much by way of providing the information.This would be my first actual investment and would love to get some partners involved but all I have as of right now is a lead
