And you're following the S8 rules, which are typically easy to follow.I have found that most landlords aren't very good with Section 8 so I don't expect a realtor to be :).I'd recommend requesting the most recent Notice of Change (the document that lays out the amount of rent and how much the HA and tenant pays), which the landlord should have.

They're run by electricity warming up wires and are only suitable for limited spaces as a mostly cosmetic/splash feature under bathroom tile or even just small spaces within bathrooms.
