I'm going to try to get my property manager friend to sign on here so she can provide best detail.As I've heard during recent years, her primary issue is when the landlord enters the picture with contractors, tenants too, but not so much.And it seems to me as if one primary client (landlord) has interacted with contractors for some time, and is accustomed to that type of management.As to the CLAUSE I mentioned, I had hoped that because this is not a rare problem, someone would have come up with a clause that's workable for both landlords and property managers.
