As both a Realtor with over 32 years experience (and Broker in Charge and owner of my firm), and an Investor- I'll tell you that you will have MUCH more exposure in the market using a Realtor (we pay a LOT of money for marketing, Google SEO, and the MLS is linked to Realtor.com, Homes.com, Redfin, Trulia, Zillow (which we hate due to the massive inaccuracies), and to every other Brokerage's websites also in the area through Broker Reciprocity.

A game of wack-a-mole.The more stable areas (a solid B vs a C-) experience for more engagement by the residents to want to stay in their home since they are reasonably hard to find and qualify for.Hope you are doing well my friend!

My experience does not agree with yours as I do not see Ohio everywhere online and I invest in the Midwest. 

Hello all,I have previous experience with real estate, but first timer with both raw land and tax auctions in Texas and I'm realizing now just how little I know when it comes to land.

Every single seller we've bought from has some type of mom and pop characteristics.From personal experience, I can tell you that masterminds are fantastic for networking.
