Under listing records, the property is listed as a 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom but under public records it’s stated that the place has 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.The property was built in 1826 and they are asking for $189,000. 

Is it best to paint the bathroom and kitchen walls a different color from the other walls?

Thinking of making all the units 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with garages, I know this very wide open question with many variables but am hoping someone out there has built something similar lately?
