I'm hosting our next meet up in August. 

We should definitely connect, I’ll be in Columbia every other weekend starting in September visiting my girlfriend so we can meet sometime then.

My thoughts is to maybe meet somewhere in the middle when I'm big enough by bringing on an assistant and grow from there rather than paying the fees of having someone else do it.

I was clear to him that I had a lot of other things I'll have to pay to fix soon so anything less than him paying to repair it would make the investment no longer meet my minimum standards for ROI.

She also hosts a meetup which meets tomorrow night on the north side. 

The reason why I am writing is because I wanted to introduce myself as a new investor who lives in a market that he cannot afford so we have to look to other markets in order to find deals that can meet our criteria such as the 1% rule.

If there is anyone in the Jacksonville / Wilmington NC area, I would be thrilled to meet them and swap war stories.

Even still, I was denied due to not meeting the square footage minimum with the lots.  

I am looking to meet/connect with Sponsors, Operators, Principals, Etc. of MultiFam, Resort, & other large RE projects.Any advice on finding here on BP and/or elsewhere is greatly appreciated!
