If I have a ton of interest then I'm not willing to negotiate the down, and if I have zero interest then I'll take whatever I can get - I don't like to work for free - but I leave that out there to give the impression that I'm willing to negotiate and that I'm easy to work with.

I was under the impression that I could deduct these meals expenses (50% limit) but now am questioning that since I am not seeing a place for it on TurboTax under rental property.
