With the US as your oyster, I think the Twin Cities would be an okay choice but probably not my pick of the litter, and that has more to do with the regulations that have been implemented for landlords here, which will continue to get worse especially if Minneapolis elects a more "progressive" mayor and city council.

Of course it helps to be a practitioner of the strategy on the borrower and originator fronts so I get to see how things are working from two different angles and tweaking product and strategy on a continual basis.You dont need the AIO or all in one loan to implement the strategy though however the AIO makes your life a lot easier with the auto sweep checking account as opposed to what I do where I have to manually ACH over money into my commercial line.Good luck on implementing this strategy too Lincoln.

This doesnt mean they go into it day 1 with that intent but atleast you know you have potential gold lining up on your runway if you so chose to take that plan of action.The reality is these folks will buy the split level homes and house hack them, rent out rooms, separate lower level for separate rental unit, add bedrooms where feasible, and implement the first stage of the buying and house hacking journey.The stage 2 will be that DADU in the back which takes a bit more capital and planning to execute.Hope that helps @Matthew Kwan@Carlos Valencia

I am worried about the FCC law, but was told the other day by a realtor that realtors are calling/texting anyway, but to use my best judgement.....I pulled a list from propstream yesterday and had it skiptraced and no joke, about every single phone # on the list of 107 was on DNC.....The #'s that we not on DNC were either disconnected or wrong #....Please let me know any strategies that you have implemented, I'm ready to work!
