You can't pay someone to solve your money problems for you - it requires personal growth on your part to solve them.I know this because I have been struggling to grow out of a pattern I've been living my whole life. 

Every market is different but you can usually look back and see mature neighborhoods and study the growth of your market.

It's just a "model" but it shows the power of combining all the aspects of REI into one, and using exponential growth to really make it big.

There are areas I don't like but others are very successful there.Some people look at unemployment and job growth, some look at population statistics, some look at development.  

Life doesn't go as planned.Maybe your 5 year plan will take 7 years to accomplish.The thing is, that is okay.As long as you keep making the right decision for your business.Sustainability then the growth happens.

I'm looking into umbrella insurance policies, as I have a recently created LLC and one property to cover, with another on the way, and a pipeline of anticipated consistent growth over the next 12 months.
