Many times people will own a property in their own name and then put into a trust later on (after someone advises them they should or they hear a friend did this) and so in the chain of title you will see the owners name as whomever put the property into the trust

Most buyers you deal with will want a warranty deed, unless they are clueless or experienced enough to navigate the chain of title. 

I do not know what legal education - understanding of evidence, chain of evidence, constitutional/procedural rights - the hearing officer(s) may have.

It's a 100 year old house and the first 3 or 4 bookings things didn't work that we didn't notice like a ceiling fan pull chain.

How come people can easily spot ratio divergences in gold vs silver but refuse to accept rates vs home prices vs the incomes that pay those bills? 

I know accomplished house flippers and BRRRR specialists who have put their operations on pause until supply chain issues improve. 

But I persevered for almost a year’s worth of searching for land that wasn’t priced as though the ground was covered in gold nuggets when I happened upon a guy I had known through politics who offered to sell me part of his shopping center.
