With all of the changes happening in the banking industry, once worthy buyers are now unable to purchase housing because of a lack of funds, or a lack of credit due to our economic downturn.

The only guys that maybe did that come to mind were at the dawn of the tech age much the same way a couple guys at the dawn of the industrial age did.

I found this site that has lots of pre-configured templates specific to the construction industry that are designed for MS Office, a program you probably already have anyway (Like myself and most other PC users).

As my field is not the real estate industry, I thought it would be helpful to join a forum that could help with any questions I might have.
