So it's not unheard of but still not typical to have multiple.Whether such a set up is perfectly fine to you, or a potential red flag, will depend on the type of investor you are and what you're looking for.

Save all your money while you're learning, once you think you're ready post what you plan to do on here and people will chime in on any red flags you may post and give you pointers.

Mark, the fact that you posted the question here alone is telling me that you are working with the wrong agent - you should always feel like your agent is in your corner.But frankly, the other red flag is with you and the way you portrait things - you accuse the seller of multiple issues after signing the contract, but you clarify only one of those and in a very vague way.
