As you can see, we're not talking big numbers in terms of % differences but this is diving me nuts.

If you are looking for initial cash flow via San Diego condos today that is a harder nut to crack.

You could probably cover your nut on those holidays alone.

People tend to be nuts about Allura or porcelain (in hot climates).

Prior to tech it was all timber or forest products and AG .. and its defiantly NOT a business friendly state as we compare it to Texas ,  SC  AL  MS  and other states that are really attracting big business.. so some like it that way others think its not good for the state.. about 80% of the state is extremely rural and since timber Fishing and such died out from the good ole days those areas are and have been in recession or depression for the last 30 years.. just like a dead and dying one industry rust belt city or area.. no different.. 20 to 30 % unemployment.. etc etc.

People have to be nuts for picking up 20 sheets of something putting it onto a cart, dragging it out to the parking lot, loading it into a vehicle, bringing it to the jobsite just to unload it.I am as frugal as it comes, trust me save the time, sweat and effort for something else and let the.

Those of us who have never done this need to be able to see it in simple nuts and bolts terms.

The whole out of state/market thing is nuts for a beginner.

Less than five minutes walk from the beach, a fishing pier, sporting equipment rentals, a grocery store, and it's next door to a year-round diner.
